The wide range of combination options in our product portfolio allows:
A major advantage is that the medium acts on the sleeve over a large surface area. This enables highly accurate measurements even at low pressures.
Diaphragm seals are particularly suitable for:
HO-Matic offers custom solutions tailored to your specific requirements. We adapt materials, connection types, nominal sizes, as well as temperature and pressure ranges precisely to your application.

With us, you don’t just get the right diaphragm seal — you get complete solutions for your application. For over 45 years, we have been developing and manufacturing pinch valves for demanding media such as solids, slurries, and corrosive substances. They are used wherever conventional valves reach their limits.
This practical expertise flows directly into our solutions. In addition to diaphragm seals, we also realize custom pinch valve solutions, matching control systems, and coordinated accessories. Everything is technically perfectly aligned.
For you, this means: fewer interfaces, less coordination effort, and a solution that always works reliably. You receive a well-thought-out overall system from us.
A diaphragm seal is used to separate the measuring instrument from the process medium while accurately transmitting the pressure. This protects the measurement technology from aggressive, abrasive, or viscous media while maintaining measurement accuracy even under demanding conditions.
A pipe diaphragm seal is ideal for compact applications directly in the pipeline. It enables space-saving integration into existing systems. It is particularly suited for continuous processes where reliable and direct pressure measurement is required.
A process diaphragm seal is used for demanding, aggressive, or hygienic media. It is specifically designed for complex process conditions. This ensures stable measurement even at high temperatures or in sensitive applications.
Process and pipe diaphragm seals differ mainly in design and area of application. While pipe diaphragm seals are designed for standard applications in pipelines, process diaphragm seals cover more complex requirements. The choice always depends on the medium, process, and installation situation.
The space between the sleeve and the measuring instrument is completely filled with a pressure-transmitting fluid. When pressure from the process acts on the elastomer sleeve, it is transmitted through the fluid to the measuring instrument. This keeps the gauge protected while the pressure is measured precisely.
Diaphragm seals are used whenever the medium must not come into direct contact with the measuring instrument. They reliably protect the measurement technology and at the same time enable exact pressure transmission.
