Series 48 combines our proven, patented housing technology made of powder-coated cast aluminum with hygienic Tri-Clamp connections made of high-quality stainless steel (1.4404). This hybrid design makes the valve the perfect problem solver for the pharmaceutical and food industries, as well as for handling abrasive media and fragile products. It guarantees a full bore product flow and can be easily and uniformly integrated into existing processes thanks to the Tri-Clamp standard. With appropriate sleeve qualities, this series is also available in special, electrically conductive ATEX versions for hazardous areas.
